Who coulda know'd there was a financial crisis brewing?

A lot of people actually, and they said so repeatedly as early as 2000. The Real-World Economics Review is sponsoring the Revere Award for Economics for the three economists who first and most clearly saw the Gobal Financial Collapse coming and whose work is most likely to prevent another GFC in the future.
